as attorney at law, graduated in the Universidad Marista de México with Honorable Mention Graduate Thesis, about Inexistence of subrogate maternity contract and some juridical consecuences in Mexico City. More than 10 years practicing the law with specialty and master´s degree in criminal law by the Instituto de Ciencas Penales, among other relevants certificates.
He was candidate to receive the Felipe Tena Ramírez medal wich is given from the Instituto de Ciencas Penales to those students whose efforts are extremly high.
He was a professor at the Universidad Tecnológica, with penal law subject. Also was associate professor at the Universidad Marista with criminal procedure subjetc.
He colaborate as a high member of “Hangis Law firm” and worked in the Notary Public 36.
His criminal expertise include also highly reputation being the key for our firm with many cases won.
Gerardo also handled succesfully civil and mercantile matters.
